I have been able to return to my 3 mile walks without difficulty as well as continue with my land and water aerobics combination. I also have been able to comfortably snowshoe and/or cross country ski up north on the weekends. I am so happy to be back to my routines without pain. I am not sure if you got my first e-mail earlier in the summer or not, but my knee is still doing great! I played baseball all summer, and did really well. I even ended up leading the league in doubles and stolen bases for most of the sea- son, so it was awesome to get speed and mobil- ity back. I want to thank you for all the work we did together. It is really paying off. Fall baseball starts next week and I feel 100% going in. I am so relieved. I never thought it would happen; but here I am, no more worrying about playing with pain or discomfort.
